If you've searched for Choicer Voicer, you've seen the phrase dub pack everywhere. Packs are the content of the game: without one there is nothing to dub. This guide explains what a pack actually is, and how this site handles the same idea without downloads.

Anatomy of a dub pack

A dub pack is a bundle of three things:

1. A clip. A short video, usually 15 to 90 seconds, with dialogue.
2. A timeline. Start and end times for each spoken line, plus the caption text, so the game knows when to hand you the microphone and what you're supposed to say.
3. Characters. The list of speakers and which lines belong to whom, so a group can split roles.

Good packs have clean line boundaries (no two lines overlapping), captions that match the audio, and a mix of short and long lines so the pacing has variety.

Why packs matter more than the game

Because the loop of listen → record → replay is the same for every scene, the pack decides whether a round is fun. A well-timed two-character argument with punchy lines almost always beats a long, mumbling monologue. When you browse, look for:

• Line count 5–8 for a two-minute round.
• 2–3 characters so roles can be shared.
• Clear tonal contrast between characters (calm vs. panicking, robot vs. human).
